History of the Celduc company in France

With the unification of the two Scare companies from San Shemun and Grenoble, both manufacturers of industrial transformers, the Celduc factory started in 1960.
In 1964, Michael Guichard built the Celduc factory near St. Etienne.

The company specializing in electrotechnology and electronics fields is divided into two distinct companies:

• Celduc Transfo: Power Transformer manufacturer
• Celduc Relais: static relay manufacturer

50 Years of Innovation:

From 1960 to 1980, the company has been active in the market of national distribution transformers, transformer substations, and transformer transformers.

Since 1990, SLDC has provided technical solutions for the production of special items.
